2. Install support package:
File -> Preference => additional Board Manager URLs:
Enter the following url and click OK.

From Tools -> Manage Libraries
Search for STM32 and install the package:
"STM32 MCU based boards by STMicroelkectronics"

Select the Board:
Tools -> Bord -> STM32F4 Boards(Arduino_STM32) -> Generic STM32F407V mini series
